Welcome to the Onesimus Chess Club website.

Onesimus was founded in 1929 and is almost a century old. With around 40 members, Onesimus is a medium-sized chess club. We have a well-attended internal competition with classical, rapid and speed chess.

Our club is located in the center of Rotterdam and can be easily reached by public transport, either using the tram lines 21 and 23, Kruisplein stop, is a 5 minutes walk; via trainstation Rotterdam Central, is a 10 minutes walk and via metrostation Eendrachtsplein, is a 10 minutes walk. There is payed parking in the area.

You can play chess for three meetings as our guest, after that we will ask you to become a member.
